Free 45 minute initial assessment
We offer an initial assessment to all individuals and organisations in order to
introduce you to our coaching practices and define your requirements. At the end of the session we establish a tailored coaching plan and agree a way forward.
How effective is our coaching?

Our goal is for our Clients to become as self reliant and independent as possible, as quickly as possible. Therefore the tools and techniques in which we specialise, are designed to bring about a rapid and permanent change. Consequently most Clients require in the region of 2-4 sessions, some require only one.


Sports Coaching:

We have a range of scientifically proven mental concepts and techniques available for both amateur and professional athletes. Comprehensive and easy to understand, they are proven to be highly effective.

Sports-Mind Training is based on NLP techniques and mind training concepts originally developed by the University of Heidelberg. The concept is structured in such a way that it guaranties continuous and visible improvements as the course progresses. It acts to keep the athlete's motivation high and paves the way to excellence in any sporting discipline.
